The conference covers the treatment of open ductus arteriosus (PDA), the application of echocardiography, and the latest developments in cardiovascular monitoring. Presentations span pharmacotherapy with milrinone, the implementation of perfusion-targeted therapy, as well as the use of functional echography as a tool for bedside evaluation. Cases will investigate the treatment of congenital cardiac defects in very low birth weight babies. A panel will compare invasive with non-invasive monitoring methods. Audience participants will receive practice algorithms to improve results in weak neonates. Cardiologists, intensivists, and neonatologists will consider this the most relevant.
